Exploring the Components of the Research Empowerment Program of the Faculty Members of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Iran Based on the CIPP Model: A Qualitative Study

Background: The promotion and organizational growth of the research empowerment program faculty members require accurate recognition influential components. Objectives: present study aimed to explore components university using context, input, process, product model (CIPP). Methods: This qualitative was conducted content analysis on 15 Kermanshah University Medical Sciences, Iran in 2020. participants were selected via purposive sampling. Data collected in-depth, semi-structured interviews, component performed MAXQDA 20. Results: After data analysis, eight main categories extracted based CIPP model, including context (preparation planning), input (content resources), process (implementation control), (performance correction). Conclusions: According results, could be improved by considering factors quality these programs.
